If you believe that the goods supplied to you are not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose, you should contact the Customer Care team.
Their details are: email@example.com
Wherever possible, you should keep evidence of why the goods are defective – this may include retaining a sample of the goods or taking pictures of the goods or both. Our Customer Care team will work with you to resolve the dispute.
If we agree that the goods are not of satisfactory quality, a refund will be issued to you for the cost of the goods supplied as well as the costs of postage. We would normally expect to issue the refund to you within 10 working days of agreeing that a refund should be issued.
As the goods are perishable foodstuffs, there is no right to cancel the order and to return the goods for convenience.
